    About you
    In this role, you will strategically source opportunities, develop and maintain relationship and ensure as a business specialist delivers your commitment to offering quality equipment and solution accompanied with the full support backed by our team.
    About the role
    Report to the General Manager
    • Manage the sales budget for the specified region, and take the responsibility for the whole regional team's performance.
    • Work as sales respresentative when the team is not ready, and build the team with solid experience in the construction machinery industry.
    • Visit end customers and agents; establish, maintain and update systematic files regularly.
    • Visiting customers, establishing customer files systematically and updating timely
    • Discover and guide customers procurement needs, pass customers demand information to the marketing team.
    • Follow up the progress of close deals, analyze the reasons of losing sales, and write analysis reports.

    · Prepare all the necessary documents required for smooth transit of the products from the origin to desired destination

    · Review and prepare the L/C, prepare docs under LC terms

    · Monitor the end-to-end procedure in export/import i.e., from paper removal to handover of Shipment to import i.e., from receiving instruction to receiving goods to our warehouse or the given destination and ensure compliance with company and legal requirement

    · Follow up for Exit Documents and timely submission to the customs authority
